ESTIMATING SERVICES
Measurement – Measuring to produce Bills of Quantities or schedules of quantities for pricing
Tendering – Fully priced and detailed estimates in any format priced and collated
Tender Submission – Completing and submitting formal tenders and negotiating, clarify tender assumptions and qualifications with your client.
New Client Introductions – We can introduce subcontractors to our extensive network of contacts which has been established over twenty years in the industry with a view to be included on future tender lists.
SURVEYING SERVICES
Pre Order Meetings – Attending meeting to represent sub-contractors prior to receiving an order and starting on site.
Clients Sub Contract Orders – Reviewing and checking sub contract documents and values prior to agreement and accepting.
Sub-Sub Contractors Management – Carrying out weekly/fortnightly/monthly site measure of your subcontractors for their payments, negotiating and agreeing variations and their final accounts
Variation Claims – Re-measuring and pricing additional works and variations for submission to main contractor
Valuations – Visiting site to value and access completed works to compile applications for monthly payments, submitting and agreeing monthly accounts.
Final Accounts – Compiling, presenting, and negotiating re-measured and reconciled account of works to clients
Part time or short-term support – provide commercial assistance either on a part time or short term basis to provide all types of surveying services.
