ESTIMATING SERVICES
Land Appraisals – creating an appraisal of proposed land developments, carrying out feasibility studies, identifying risks and restrictions, cost planning and budgeting and producing reports for review.
Budgeting – creating budgets from initial design concept for cost planning and budgeting of schemes.
Plot Schedule – produce plot schedules for the scheme as necessary.
Tender Enquires – creating tender packages, including pricing documents and/or Bills of Quantities, compiling design information for issue, creating scope of works documents, Issuing to contractors on clients tender list with clients standards letters and CDs.
Tender Analysis – Collecting contractors’ tender submissions, negotiating to achieve best value, analysing quotations and providing tender analysis and recommendations to contractors.
SURVEYING SERVICES
Pre Order Meetings – Attending meetings to represent the developer prior to compiling an order.
Sub Contract Orders – Compiling and raising developers standard sub-contract orders for approval prior to issuing to sub-contractor.
Sub-Contractors Management – Assess sub-contractors monthly valuations for payment approval, raise variation instructions, assess quotations and agree final accounts.
Valuations – Visiting site to value and access completed works to compile valuations.
Cost/Value Reports – Formulate from developer’s standard template cost/value reports for submission and explanation of movements/variances.
Part time or short term support – provide commercial assistance either on a part time or short term basis to provide all types of surveying services.
